This Privacy Policy explains how Mugen Masters may collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the game, website, and related services. Mugen Masters is an Android-first anime fitness RPG where players can track training progress, build a character, access online features, join clans, complete challenges, and use optional social/gameplay systems.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you use Mugen Masters, we may collect or process:

• Account information, such as email login details, Google sign-in information, account identifiers, and authentication status.
• Player profile information, such as player name, character progress, selected class, titles, stats, currencies, equipment, pets, cosmetics, rewards, and settings.
• Gameplay information, such as dungeon progress, guild access, clan membership, PvP activity, daily rewards, cases, challenges, events, and achievement-style progress.
• Workout and fitness progress information, such as workouts completed, personal bests, saved weights, workout counts, cardio entries, outdoor challenge progress, and reward calculations.
• Outdoor challenge/location-related information, where required to support outdoor run/walk/challenge features and area ownership/progress systems.
• Verification information, such as treadmill verification images or manually entered workout details. Where image verification is used, the intention is to process the image for verification and not store it on our servers after verification unless this is clearly changed in a future version.
• Clan and quick chat information, such as clan names, clan tags, quick chat selections, clan actions, and group progression. Free typing is not currently intended for player chat.
• User-created names, such as player names, clan names, clan tags, and pet nicknames. These may be checked against banned word lists.
• Notification preferences, such as whether you have enabled or disabled game notifications.
• Advertising and purchase-related information, where rewarded ads, optional purchases, or similar features are used.
• Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, connection information, and basic diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We may use information to:

• Operate the game and website.
• Create, secure, and manage player accounts.
• Save player progress and sync online features.
• Calculate rewards, stats, challenges, dungeon outcomes, clan progress, and PvP-related activity.
• Support workout, cardio, and outdoor challenge features.
• Provide optional verification methods for workout/cardio entries.
• Enable guild, clan, PvP, daily reward, pet, cosmetic, and equipment systems.
• Send notifications when enabled by the player.
• Provide rewarded ads, optional purchases, and related game economy features.
• Prevent abuse, cheating, offensive names, and misuse of online features.
• Respond to support requests.
• Improve, test, and balance the game, especially during beta periods.

Optional account use

Some local or basic gym/progress features may be available without signing in. Online features such as guild access, clan systems, PvP, dungeons, daily rewards, online saves, and similar features may require an account.

Workout verification images

Some indoor cardio features may offer image-based verification, such as taking a picture of treadmill time, distance, speed, or incline. If a player does not want to use image verification, manual entry may be available with reduced rewards. The current intention is not to store these verification images on a server after verification. If this changes, this policy should be updated before that change is released.

Ads and optional purchases

Mugen Masters may include rewarded ads and optional purchases. These may involve third-party services that process information such as ad identifiers, device information, purchase status, fraud prevention signals, and reward eligibility. Optional purchases are intended to speed up progress rather than make the game impossible to play without payment, and balance may be reviewed during beta.

Notifications

The game may send optional notifications, such as reminders or completion notices. Players can turn notifications off through the app or device settings.

Sharing information

We may share or process information with service providers needed to operate the game, such as authentication/cloud save providers, hosting and database services, advertising and purchase services, platform providers such as Google Play, and support/security/legal providers where necessary.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the game, provide player progress, support accounts, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Players can request account or data deletion using the instructions on the Data Deletion page.

Children

Mugen Masters is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us at support@mugenmasters.com.

Security

We aim to use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

• You can choose whether to create an account for online features.
• You can turn notifications off.
• You can choose manual entry instead of image verification where offered, with reduced rewards.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Mugen Masters develops, especially during beta and before public release. The updated date will be changed when the policy is updated.
