Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Mugen Masters account and associated game data by contacting support.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@mugenmasters.com.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the email address or sign-in method linked to your account.
4. Include your player name if known.

What may be deleted

Depending on your account and game usage, deletion may include account-linked game progress, player profile data, stats, saved workouts, currencies, pets, equipment, clan membership information, and other linked gameplay data.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, purchase records, dispute handling, or technical reasons. Data that is not linked to an identifiable account may not be possible to locate or delete.

Processing time

We aim to respond to deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. More complex requests may take longer if account verification is required.
