Delete Your Mugen Masters Account

You can permanently delete your Mugen Masters account and associated game data either inside the app or by contacting support from this page. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Mugen Masters.
2. Open the game menu and choose Account.
3. Choose Delete Account.
4. Read the deletion information, confirm that you understand it and complete the deletion.

The in-app process securely removes the sign-in account and associated server data, then clears local Mugen Masters data from that device.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@mugenmasters.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.

Include:

• the email address or Google sign-in address linked to the account;
• your player name, if known; and
• a clear statement that you want the Mugen Masters account and associated data permanently deleted.

Never send your password. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

Clan leaders

If your account is the leader of a clan, transfer leadership to another member or disband the clan before using the in-app deletion process. If you cannot access the app, explain this in your email and support will help with the required clan step.

What is deleted

Deletion includes the Firebase sign-in account and active account-linked data such as:

• private and public player profiles, username links and notification tokens;
• progression, stats, currencies, inventory, equipment, pets, eggs, farms, fishing, cooking, skills, cosmetics and settings;
• workout, step, cardio, outdoor-run, quest, dungeon, PvP and reward history associated with the account;
• clan membership, requests, quick-chat records and account-linked clan activity; and
• matchmaking state, support reports and other account-linked service requests.

Owned outdoor map cells are returned to a neutral state. Where deleting a shared competitive or clan-war record would damage the remaining players’ valid game state, the deleted participant is replaced with “Deleted Adventurer” and a separate deletion identifier that is not used as an active account.

Limited information that may be retained

A technical deletion audit record is retained for up to 30 days so we can confirm completion and safely retry an interrupted request. Purchase receipts, rewarded-ad transaction records and security or anti-abuse records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to prevent replay or fraud, handle refunds and chargebacks, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

For retained records, the active Firebase user ID and obvious profile, email and device fields are removed and replaced with a separate deletion identifier. Retained records are not kept as an active player profile and are not used to restore gameplay.

Timing

In-app deletion normally begins immediately and usually completes within a few minutes when the device remains connected. Support requests are handled as soon as reasonably possible and ordinarily within 30 days. If applicable law permits more time for a complex request, we will tell you.

Purchases

Deleting an account removes the game progress and virtual items linked to it. It does not automatically cancel or refund a Google Play transaction. Mugen Masters currently offers one-time in-app purchases rather than subscriptions. For a purchase issue, contact support and use Google Play’s purchase and refund tools where applicable.
